Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 
Failure to notify will result in loss of complete deposit, that includes no-shows. 
We appreciate a phone call or a message 48 hours or more prior to your appointment, 
therefore we are able to retain your deposit for your next scheduled appointment. 
Deposits can be transferred to one rescheduled appointment only. 


Product Refund and Exchange Policy
In order to receive a refund or exchange, all products must be DAMAGED or FAULTY and must be returned within 7 days of purchase with a proof of purchase receipt. We do not refund or exchange for the following reasons;
- Change of mind
- Unsatisfied with the products recommended retail price
- Unhappy with the consistency of fragrance of our products
- Not satisfied with the results of the products

We also don’t offer price match guarantee. If your product is damaged or faulty, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. 

If you have any specific allergies to certain ingredients that can be found in hair products, we will not be liable or responsible. Once products have been purchased and you have exited the salon, we are not responsible or liable for any of the above reasons.
